![]() ![]() ![]() The combat feels like a half step between the fast paced Bloodborne and the more methodic and slow combat of Demons/Dark Souls being the worst of bothĪnd the worst DLCs too. The worst poison swamp, Cartus is a very boring dungeon, Irithyll even thou gorgeous if not too Bloodborne is not that interesting to explore The bit-to-bit moments aren't also that interesting and I found most of the game has the least inspired visuals in the series I don't like the bosses, I think most of them are too agreesive and too tank-y and most fights are too long. I am thinking about buying Demon's soul PS5 but it being a remaster of an older game I am afraid it's not going to be as good as the newer games in the series.ĭark Souls 3 is the worst game From made in the genre - I don't count Sekiro as a Souls-like, it's closer to a character action game - for me. Souls games just hit different, I have so many games to play but I can't stop playing it, now playing NG+ and experimenting with a DEX build after going with a strength build on my first playthrough. The game is tied with bloodborne for me which is a huge compliment. Sekiro is still my favourite from software game because I like the faster pace and I don't like RPG mechanics that much but that's a personal preference. Bloodborne and Sekiro have better highs but DS3 is more consistent regarding bosses including its DLCs. The game also has the best bosses overall of any souls games in my opinion. The level design is also top notch and discovering shortcuts never got boring. And the amount of variations from weapons, armors and magic is astonishing. The combat is like a hybrid between bloodborne and classic souls games which I absolutely loved. It's absolutely beautiful even at 1080p and it ran flawlessly at 60 fps on PS5. Now back to DS3, the game is phenomenal. DS2 SOTFS I couldn't finish because it's just so bad compared to the other games. Since then I played and finished DS1 remastered and sekiro. My first from software game was bloodborne which I didn't love initially but ended up being one of my most favourite games of all time.
